With enough Brass, the Tavern store can be purchased by interacting with the [[#Ledger|ledger]] sitting on the shop counter in [[Homesteads]].  The Ledger only appears once you have met the Grandmasters in [[The Circle]] as part of the [[Seek the Grandmasters]] story.

Food storage on the right allows you to store food for the tavern.  You or workers can then use the food prep station to make the food ready to serve.
