Summary
After leaving the Vale, complete the Jogon Tutorial in Rivermoor as part of the Seek the Grandmasters task will ask you to meet Master Moon . Head north from Poppyhillthrough Naida's Glory to Drownhill. You will find Moon centrally in the north of the map, in a large tent on an overlook.
She will ask you to hit a target on a small island directly south east from her tent. Use a Slingshot to hit the target and trigger a target minigame and return to Moon when you reach the required score.
You can get a Slingshot from the Goods Store in Candlewych Village.
Moon will then give you the bow and ask to meet in the barrow north west from her tent, just upwards from where you did the target shoot.
Enter the barrow and talk to Moon to trigger the tutorial.
