What A Turn Of Events!

Post-Prologue is all the content that follows your childhood and your acquisition of the [[Kynseed]] from [[Mr Fairweather]]. 
You’ll meet the [[Grandmasters]] and receive your overarching quest.

At this point, you’re free to explore the wider world and pursue your goals as you see fit.


Seek the Door
== What a Turn of Events! ==
You’ve gained the [[Kynseed]] and speak with your [[Sibling]] by the front door. 


The [[Grandmasters]]
After leaving the house:
* [[Pott]] informs you of your next steps.
* The farm is now fully yours. You can:
  * Customize the interior.
  * Purchase the unlocked plots:
    * To the right of your house.
    * In the southern half of the farm.
    * Across the eastern river.


== Plant the Kynseed ==
* Plant the [[Kynseed]] at the crest of the hill by the pond to the left of your house.
* Interact with the sparkly patch on the mud to plant it.
* [[Pott]] will instruct you to visit Master [[Jogon]] in [[Rivermoor]].
* First, you must speak to [[Herbert Lemon]] to open the North Gate.

Post-Prologue is all the events that occur after your childhood and your gaining of the [[Kynseed]] from [[Mr Fairweather]].

* Find [[Jogon]] near the entrance to [[Simplewood]] in the north of [[Rivermoor]].
* He’ll require a sword before he can teach you combat.


This covers your meeting with the [[Grandmasters]] and being given your overarching task.
=== Get a Sword ===
* Head to [[Poppyhill]]. The guard will ask for a Pass.
* To obtain a Pass, go to [[The Shoe]] for an Endorsement.


You are also now free to unlock the rest of the world and do as you wish to meet your desired goals.

* Speak to the Old Woman Who Lives in a Shoe.
* She’ll give the Endorsement once you repair her [[Cow Shed]].


=== Repair the Cow Shed ===
* Gather enough [[Wood]] and enlist help from friends to repair the shed.
* Return to the Old Woman to receive the Pass to [[Poppyhill]].

=== Buy the Tin Sword ===
* Use the Pass to enter [[Poppyhill]].
* Speak to [[Nerys Nail]] in the [[Blacksmith]] and purchase the [[Tin Sword]].
* Return to [[Jogon]] at the [[Barrow]] near the [[Simplewood]] entrance to begin combat training.


You have gained the [[Kynseed]] and speak to your [[Sibling]] by the front door of your house.
== Seek the Door ==
Upon leaving the house, Pott will speak to you about next steps.
After learning combat:
The farm is now fully yours, so you can customise the interior and gain a new large plot of land.  
* [[Jogon]] tells you to find [[Moon]], who can help you locate the Door.
You can now buy the remaining unlocked plots to the right of your house, southern half of the farm and across the eastern river on your farm.

Plant The [[Kynseed]]
=== Meet Moon ===
You must plant the [[Kynseed]] at the crest of the hill by the pond to the left of your house.
* Go to [[Drownhill]], north of [[Poppyhill]].
Interact with the sparkly spot on the mud patch there.
* Play her slingshot minigame using a [[Slingshot]] (available at the [[Vale]] [[Goods Store]]).
Once planted, [[Pott]] will tell you to seek Master [[Jogon]] in [[Rivermoor]], but you need to see Herbert Lemon first, to open the North Gate.
* Pass the shooting test to receive the [[Bow]].
*Speak to Herbert


=== Learn Bow Combat ===
* Visit the Barrow in the west of [[Drownhill]].
* [[Moon]] will teach you how to use the [[Bow]] in combat.


Head to the top of [[North Gate]], where [[Herbert Lemon]] will unlock the gate and tell you to seek [[Jogon]] in [[Rivermoor]] beyond.
=== Repair Drownhill Bridge ===
*Meet [[Jogon]]
* [[Moon]] shows you the broken bridge.
Head to the top of [[Rivermoor]] by the entrance to [[Simplewood]] and speak to [[Jogon]], the Master of [[Combat]].
* Repair it to gain access to [[The Shingles]] and other regions.
[[Jogon]] requires you to get a sword before he can teach you combat.
*Get a Sword
Head to [[Poppyhill]] and the Guard there will ask for a Pass to get in.
The Guard sends you to [[The Shoe]] to get an Endorsement.
*Get the Endorsement
The Old Woman Who Lives In A Shoe will give the Endorsement in return for your repairing her [[Cow Shed]].
*Repair the [[Cow Shed]]
Get enough [[Wood]] and friends to repair the Shed.
Speak to the Old Woman at [[The Shoe]] and she will give you the Pass to get into [[Poppyhill]].
Head to [[Poppyhill]], past the Guard and speak to [[Nerys Nail]] in the [[Poppyhill]] [[Blacksmith]].
Select the BUY option and buy the [[Tin Sword]].
Return to [[Jogon]] who waits in the [[Barrow]] to the left of the [[Simplewood]] entrance where you met him originally.
You can now learn combat.


After learning combat, [[Jogon]] asks you to seek out Moon, who may be able to help you find the Door.
=== Find the Monolith ===
Head to [[Drownhill]], north of [[Poppyhill]].
* Head to [[The Circle]], west of [[The Shingles]].
Speak to [[Moon]] and play her shooting minigame using the [[Slingshot]] (you can buy one in the [[Vale]] [[Goods Store]]).
* Interact with the [[Monolith]].
Pass her shooting test and she gives you the [[Bow]].
Go to the Barrow in the west of [[Drownhill]] and [[Moon]] will teach you how to use the [[Bow]] in combat.
After learning the [[Bow]], [[Moon]] will show you the broken [[Drownhill]] Bridge.
*Repair [[Drownhill]] bridge
Repair the bridge to get access to [[The Shingles]] and other new regions.
*Find the [[Monolith]]
Head to [[The Circle]], to the West of [[The Shingles]].
Interact with the [[Monolith]].
You need 5 [[Skills]] to open the Door by the [[Monolith]].
*Get 5 [[Skills]]
These can be any combination of Skills from [[Twig]], [[Mother Hubbard]] and [[Moon]].
Once you have 5 [[Skills]], stand on the pad by the Door and enter the tomb when the door opens.
*Enter the Tomb
Go inside the Tomb and speak to the [[Grandmasters]].


The Grandmasters

* You’ll need 5 [[Skills]] to unlock the Door.
* Skills can be learned from:
  * [[Twig]]
  * [[Mother Hubbard]]
  * [[Moon]]
* Stand on the pad by the Door to open it once you have the required skills.


The [[Grandmasters]] tell you about the need to kill the [[Jabberwock]] using a [[Vorpal Sword]], which only a Legend can wield.
=== Enter the Tomb ===
The [[Grandmasters]] give you the [[Reputation Urn]], for gathering [[Renown]].
* Go through the opened Door and speak with the [[Grandmasters]].
They also give you the [[Ledger]], allowing you to buy shops and run a business, plus a [[Friendship Ring]] which grants bonus FP.


*Raise your [[Renown]]
== The Grandmasters ==
The [[Grandmasters]] reveal your mission:
* Defeat the [[Jabberwock]] using a [[Vorpal Sword]]—wielded only by a Legend.


You must now raise your [[Renown]] level by collecting REP.
They grant you:
You can gain REP from running a business, combat, doing tasks and winning [[Events]].
* The [[Reputation Urn]] – for gathering [[Renown]] (REP).
When the Urn is full of REP (indicated by the flashing blue bar top right) then you can return to the [[Grandmasters]].
* The [[Ledger]] – lets you buy and manage shops.
* A [[Friendship Ring]] – grants bonus FP (Friendship Points).

Summary

Post-Prologue is all the content that follows your childhood and your acquisition of the Kynseed from Mr Fairweather. You’ll meet the Grandmasters and receive your overarching quest.

At this point, you’re free to explore the wider world and pursue your goals as you see fit.

What a Turn of Events!

You’ve gained the Kynseed and speak with your Sibling by the front door.

After leaving the house:

  • Pott informs you of your next steps.
  • The farm is now fully yours. You can:
 * Customize the interior.
 * Purchase the unlocked plots:
   * To the right of your house.
   * In the southern half of the farm.
   * Across the eastern river.

Plant the Kynseed

  • Plant the Kynseed at the crest of the hill by the pond to the left of your house.
  • Interact with the sparkly patch on the mud to plant it.
  • Pott will instruct you to visit Master Jogon in Rivermoor.
  • First, you must speak to Herbert Lemon to open the North Gate.

Speak to Herbert Lemon

Meet Jogon

  • Find Jogon near the entrance to Simplewood in the north of Rivermoor.
  • He’ll require a sword before he can teach you combat.

Get a Sword

  • Head to Poppyhill. The guard will ask for a Pass.
  • To obtain a Pass, go to The Shoe for an Endorsement.

Get the Endorsement

  • Speak to the Old Woman Who Lives in a Shoe.
  • She’ll give the Endorsement once you repair her Cow Shed.

Repair the Cow Shed

  • Gather enough Wood and enlist help from friends to repair the shed.
  • Return to the Old Woman to receive the Pass to Poppyhill.

Buy the Tin Sword

Seek the Door

After learning combat:

  • Jogon tells you to find Moon, who can help you locate the Door.

Meet Moon

Learn Bow Combat

  • Visit the Barrow in the west of Drownhill.
  • Moon will teach you how to use the Bow in combat.

Repair Drownhill Bridge

  • Moon shows you the broken bridge.
  • Repair it to gain access to The Shingles and other regions.

Find the Monolith

Get 5 Skills

  • You’ll need 5 Skills to unlock the Door.
  • Skills can be learned from:
 * Twig
 * Mother Hubbard
 * Moon
  • Stand on the pad by the Door to open it once you have the required skills.

Enter the Tomb

The Grandmasters

The Grandmasters reveal your mission:

They grant you:

Raise Your Renown

To increase your Renown:

  • Earn REP by:
 * Running a business
 * Combat
 * Completing tasks
 * Winning Events

Once the Urn is full (check the blue bar at the top right), return to the Grandmasters.
