Fred is present within Festfield all year round but will remain stationary and non-interactable until his Event starts.
Fred Barleycorn is a friendly scarecrow who sleeps within [[FestField]] all year round, except for one special day of the year. His origins are unclear, but it is generally thought that he was originally an eccentric Wanderer called Smiley Summersmith, a bard and entertainer who passed away while sleeping propped up against a scarecrow. His spirit didn't want to leave, so he hid in the strawman. On the anniversary of his death, the spirit springs to life and continues to spread happiness for that day.

Mag the Moghog is a benevolent creature that snoozes a lot in [[Cuckoo Wood]]. Mag will take three of your items of a set star rating, and spit out 1 of the same at one star rating higher.

Mag's backstory is unknown. None even try to guess. Someone said it was a greedy cat that belonged to a witch and ate her fish supper one time too many.

Summary

Folklore Creatures are unique creatures that the player may run into over the course of the game. Each of these peculiar characters interact with the player in different ways.

Folklore Creatures don’t happen completely at random, instead they occur under strict conditions.

Fred Barleycorn
