Summary
After you leave the Vale, head to the top centre of Rivermoor to talk to Jogon. He will ask you to get a sword and meet him in the barrow slightly down and west of his position. Look for a large stone mound with a door. You can get a sword from Poppyhill blacksmiths or craft / win your own. Jogon will then take you through the tutorial for combat and return to his own home in east Riverwoor.
