Dating

Summary

Dating is a good way to get a lot of FP and raise your friendship level with villagers. It's also just a nice thing to do with someone you like. You don't have to date someone before you try to marry them.

To go on a date, an NPC must be at Like level with you. They also need to be an adult of 18 or over.

Gift them a Rose of Romance to trigger a 3-stage date.

The NPC will start a task beginning the following day, at a time they set.

The date can consist of...

• Taking them to the date location specified - they will automatically follow you
• Cooking them a meal at the location specified
• Taking them to the tavern
• Serenading them - use the Lute if you have it. The Lute can be obtained from Paige Turner in the A Meeting with Lyric task.
• Gifting them when asked

Date Spots are uncovered by exploring the map as an adult. They are then shown on the local map with the Date Spots tab.
