Villager Stories

Summary

Each villager has a unique story to tell.

As your friendship grows they will reveal a little more about themselves and their family each time. Every story culminates in a small task. Complete it to fully bond with the villager. A few starting villagers do not have a story, and new villagers who appear later do have them. You can read about the various stories on each villagers page (click Expand on the Task box on the individual's page).

Flashbacks

Flashbacks are cute, touching or funny cutscenes that appear as part of a villager story. The screen will wobble and you can watch a short scene. The list of villagers who have flashbacks is as follows...

Past Conversations

To re-read past conversations with any of the villagers, interact with them and select the status menu from the chat option available.

From there, select the Chat History button

You can then scroll down through any important conversations you have had with any villager. Keeping up to date with each story beat.
