Summary

Perk points are acquired by incresing your shop's reputation. Each time you rank up, you gain 1 perk point to spend.

Perk points are spent from the ledger. There are multiple perks to pick from, with some having several stages of upgrades to unlock. The higher the upgrade the higher the cost.

Each shop type has its own set of perks to unlock. Whilst a large selection of perks are shared across all shop types, there are several sets of perks that are unique to the Goods Store, Apothecary and Blacksmith.
