Summary

Druida is the Goddess of Orchards and patron of the Vale. She is fair of face and graceful but has a simmering rivalry with Freyl, Goddess of the Fields.

Lore

Druida and Freyl are sisters, born to the Old God of Harvests, Luch and the Demi-Goddess, Ayne. Freyl was always favoured by her father and Druida by her mother.

At first, this was not a problem, but as Old Gods are want to do, when the parents started to grow bored of each other, they became more bitter, and each daughter was loyal to their favoured parent.

Freyl blamed Ayne and Druida for her father's death when he ate a poisoned apple. Druida blamed Lugh and Freyl for her mother's death when she tripped in a wheat field and landed neck-first on an upturned sickle.

Although there has been no open hostility between the pair since they became Goddesses, they watch each other constantly and try to side the other Goddesses with them, who to be blunt, couldn't care less.
