GM Renown Tier 9

Once you have the Glass Lens (Voide) gifted from the Grandmasters, you can go to any Henge and shine the Obscura onto the bottom left door. Enter to go to [Voide]]

This will tick off your Story box on the Progress Screen.

Within Voide, head to the very top of the region and ring the Cosmic Bell given to you by Lyric.

This summons Jack-of-All-Trades who will sell you various items, including the Meteoryt you need to fix the Pineshade Bridge in the north of The Circle.

Jack: “Well met! You rang the bell and here I am!

Oh! A new customer! Not the usual clientele I get in these parts, but my goods judge nobody.

My name is Jack…Jack-of-All-Trades.

Trading is my business, and business is good!

I offer an intergalactic and interdimensional trading service for the discerning customer.

You want it, I can get it, by literal hook or by literal crook.

I have a retail store on Peckham IV and various warehouses from Saturn to the 5th dimension.

I’ve been in business since the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

My clients include Gods and Demons, amoebas and timedukes, titans and thimblefolk.

I take cash, credit card, Nebuline or souls. Pan-galactic Express? That’ll do nicely. That always triggers a nice response from me.

In your case, Brass is acceptable, mainly because it is in high demand by the Brasseaters of IBS Major.

Now then, what can I do you for?”

Once you have the Meteoryt from [[Other NPCs|Jack-of-All-Trades in Voide, head to The Circle.

  • Fix the Pineshade Bridge

Desc: Go to the northern point of The Circle and fix the bridge there. Make sure you have Meteoryt.

Once the northern bridge is fixed, you can enter Pineshade.

Desc: Search Pineshade for a clue about where to get the Mould.

In Pineshade, there is a cave with a locked door leading to a tomb. A book in the cave explains how to open it and what lays beyond.

There are 3 ghosts around the region that each give a number to a heirloom-style chest with the key in. Each ghost tells a little tale about what went on and what’s ahead. Use your Obscura to reveal them. No matter which ghost you find first, they will say the below text in this order…

Ghost 1: Ohhhh! Beware! You come to seek the mould. It is guarded by a fearsome creature. Beware! I have one of the code numbers you need to access the key from the chest, but beware! My compatriots will tell you more about ‘her’. My number for you is 6. Beware! Ohhhh!

Ghost 2: So, you met the first of us and want my code? You should know what you are getting yourself in for! The three of us were adventurers long ago, and were trying to uncover the treasures of the tomb. After much searching, we found the key and entered. Inside we came across a sarcophagus, which we opened. Within we found ‘her. She was asleep. Garth went close to her and…well, let’s just say we are where we are. Garth can tell you more. My code number for you is 6. Take great heed!

Ghost 3: So, you have spoken to my comrades. Yes, I was the one that woke her. All i can say is do not go near her unless you are prepared…and quick! There is a way to banish her as told in a book that we put in the chest with the tomb key. If only I had not been greedy and forgotten what I needed to do…well…then it would be a different story. Take my code number…8. The whole number is the number is 668, the number of the Beast’s mum. She is a foul and evil being. Be strong! Stay true to your goal! Focus! Good luck, friend.

  • Open the chest

Desc: Open the chest in the cave with the code, 668 and read the book. Carefully!

Once the chest is opened we get TOMB KEY and BOOK OF NANA.

Book Contents:

Heed thee well. For thy who readeth thys text must take heed.

She is the eternal. She is the dark light. She is the harbinger of calamity. Especially if thy messes up thy kitchen and dost not do thine homework.

Approach her with greatest heed I say!

Arm thyself with the one thing she detestest…Garlic.

Approach her with care and even more heed. When she reveals her foulest self, throweth the garlic into yonder face and she will be banished for a very long time indeed.

Be quick though! You have but moments before she rips thy head clean off and tears your body into many tiny pieces which will be distributed evenly amongst the depths of time and space.

So, be brave and take heed! Do not fall into the clutches of Shuffling Nana, lest you like decorating with your own innards!

  • Enter the tomb and defeat Nana

Enter the tomb.

Shuffling Nana is stood by a sarcophagus.

When she opens her cloak and screams, throw a Garlic at her as quickly as possible.

If you fail, we instantly black out and are revived outside the tomb by Mr Fairweather.

Succeed and gain the Vorpal Sword Mould.
