Witchhunter
The Witchhunter is present in the 
Homesteads tavern after 6pm to hand out combat-related bounties.
The Witchhunter only appears once the Homesteads Tavern is repaired after you repair the Buckle Brothers house (House of Vision) on the west side of Homesteads. The Buckles will then open the Tavern.
