Summary
Select the Beehive or use a metal bucket or jar next to it to gather Honey.
The windows on the front of the Beehive show how full of Honey the hive is. If all three rows of windows are honey coloured, then the hive is full. You can just take one row, though, so you don't have to wait until all three rows are full before harvesting.
