Happy Pets Are Productive Pets by Pat Doghead
Animals are delicate little things. They need feeding, attention and their poo cleaning up.
You may notice a Fullness Bar and a Mood Bar when you use the Pet Whistle or interact to feed them.
When a pet is hungry and its bar is red, then the mood will lower.
A pet with a red mood will not behave and be of no use!
Feeding the animal and petting will raise mood as long as its fullness is green. Feeding a liked item, shown in green, doubles the mood gain!
Sheep and Pigs cannot be petted, however, and Sheep and Chickens do not need feeding as they are self-sufficient and live off the land.
You can also check your pet's age on the Pet Whistle, which is very handy!
I hope this information helps you and your pets live their fullest life. Remember, a pet is for life, not just a sacrifice.
