<div class="section-text"><p>STAMINA COST</p><p>You will use Stamina (the blue circles) when blocking, moving and attacking.</p><p>Parrying and Counter attacking are stamina cost-free.</p><p>BLOCKING</p><p>If an enemy has a higher STR stat than your TGH stat, you will take chip damage even if blocking for the difference between the two numbers.</p><p>BREAKING ENEMY BLOCK</p><p>You can keep attacking to reduce an enemy's stamina, or better still use the BOW or certain items.</p><p>NODE ABILITIES</p><p>The patches of dirt halfway between yourself and the enemies are called NODES. You can use some items on these, and so can the enemy.</p><p>Attacking diagonally will avoid any obstacles on the Nodes.</p><p>NAVIGATING THE WOODS</p><p>Simplewood has 16 glades (rooms) with up to 10 levels of depth (difficulty). After a 'room' is complete, you can choose to CONTINUE on the current level or 'GO DEEPER' to increase your difficulty level.</p><p>Deeper depths mean better loot.</p><p>You can rest at campfires to heal a little and eat a meal, but you will automatically be sent deeper into the woods afterwards.</p></div>
