Weather Events

Summary

When triggered, Weather Events imbue regular weather with strange and magical effects.

Whilst they are mostly generated at random over the course of the year, there are some actions that the player can perform to automatically trigger them.

Thick Fog

A thick greeny yellow fog that lowers everyones intelligence stat to zero for its duration.
